TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to the following terms and conditions as set forth by the event organizer (“Organizer”):
- All Sales Final – All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
- Ticket Policy for All Guests
- Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter — including infants and toddlers.
- While children are welcome, bringing infants and toddlers is strongly discouraged due to extremely loud sound levels that may be harmful or distressing.
- Force Majeure / Acts of God – Organizer is not liable for failure or delays in performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, artist illness, emergencies). Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.
- Artist Lineup Changes – Performer lineup and set times may change without notice. Changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
- Lost or Damaged Tickets – Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged tickets. Ticket Holder is solely responsible for safeguarding their tickets.
- Prohibited Items – No backpacks, outside food or beverages, weapons, or illegal substances are allowed on event premises. Organizer may confiscate prohibited items and deny entry without refund.
- Entry Requirements – All attendees must present a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without refund.
- Contest Information – Any event-related contests, giveaways, or promotions may be changed or canceled at the Organizer’s discretion. Prizes are not guaranteed and may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn without notice.
- Code of Conduct – Attendees must behave lawfully and respectfully. Organizer reserves the right to remove anyone for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate, without refund.
- Liability Waiver – Attendance is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. Ticket Holder assumes all responsibility for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss related to the event. Organizer, venue, and affiliates are not liable for associated claims or damages.
- Media Release – Ticket Holder grants Organizer permission to photograph, film, or otherwise capture their likeness for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes, in any media format, in perpetuity, without compensation.
